data deletion

To request deletion of information held by BREAKOUT, email loya@lyrc.studio with the Instagram username or sign-in email associated with the data. Please do not send an Instagram password or access token. The operator will verify that the request comes from the account owner, review the data involved, and follow up about what can be removed.

Disconnecting an Instagram account

The signed-in operator can disconnect a connected account on the accounts page. That disables its stored access token so BREAKOUT cannot keep publishing or fetching insights for that connection. If the account has published posts, BREAKOUT keeps its account row and historical post records. Disconnecting does not delete those records, uploaded clips, renders, or posts already published on Instagram.

Published Instagram posts

To remove a post already on Instagram, use Instagram's own controls. Mention any BREAKOUT records or stored media you want removed in your email so the operator can identify them.
